About Dr. Laura Spiller
Founder of PractiSage Therapist Collective
Driven by an entrepreneurial fire and a deep understanding of the isolation many therapists face, I founded the PractiSage Therapist Collective in October 2023, not realizing how much my peers would come to lean on, celebrate, and enjoy this space—and how much I would need it, too.
With over 20 years of clinical experience and a history of running a private practice in three different cities, I’ve gained a lot of experience, but I’m also still in the day-to-day of running a thriving group practice, staying deeply connected with what each of my members is experiencing.
Building this community has been the culmination of my life’s work. I’m continually amazed by the heart and commitment each member brings to the space—and I can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself.

As a member, you gain access to a directory, think-tank calls, copy coaching, a forum for Q&A, on-demand workshops, and more—all aimed at helping you start, grow, or scale your practice while building meaningful connections with local, like-minded peers.

Membership is $35/month, which gives access to everything within the onlien community. There are no contracts or long-term commitments (although we’ve had many members with us for quite some time!) You can cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit for you and come back whenever you need.

Our Guest Expert Workshops cover topics like marketing, SEO, blogging, copywriting, branding, taxes, accounting, clinical skills, and growing or scaling your practice sustainably. New workshops are regularly added, so there’s always new and innovative content to explore.

No! While certain events will be most beneficial when attending live, you’ll have access to recordings of all workshops and calls so you can engage with the content on your schedule. The Community Forum is open 24/7, so you’ll be able to access community support whenever you need.

If you're looking to get guidance on your website, clarify your niche, brainstorm blog ideas, or workshop a few headlines, copy coaching is the perfect resource for you.
During a hot seat session, you'll get 20 minutes of live, one-on-one time with our copy coach, Arianna Smith. As a seasoned copywriter and therapist, she will help you review, edit, troubleshoot, brainstorm, or strategize your copy together.
These sessions are available for an additional $25 per hot seat to help cover Arianna’s time and are exclusive to Community members—offering you a fraction of the cost of working 1:1 with Arianna. It is free to come and observe other’s hotseats. Many members find value in seeing other’s copy workshopped live.
You’ll complete a short form beforehand so Arianna can review your copy in advance and ensure every minute of your hot seat is as valuable as possible.
